Printing the Page Number (Immediate T ransmission Only) When your fa x messag e is print ed at th e ot he r end, pa ge numb ers will be prin te d on the top of each page. Using th e Page Numbe r fea tur e, you can select the forma t in which the page nu mbe rs are prin te d.
Sending Y our Identification at the T op of Y our Message Normally , the TTI progra mmed in your mach ine is prin ted at the top of ea ch o f t he pages you tran smit whe n th ey are receive d at the other en d. The top of th e ima ge will be overprint ed if there is no marg in at the top of the tra nsmit ted page .

Connecting the T elephone Answering Machine (T AM) to Y our Fax. When you are in Aut o Select Mode, you can conn ect a T elephon e Answe ring Machine (T AM). ❐ This mode is usefu l if you have a te lephone answe ring ma chin e con ne cte d to the "TEL" jack o n you r machin e.

MAKING TELEPHONE CALLS Y ou can use you r machin e for dialing in th e same way as you wou ld use a tele ph one. This is usefu l when you wou ld like to use this mach ine for faxing as well a s for te lephone conversat ions. ❐ Y ou can d ial using Qu ick Dial keys or S peed Dial Co des.
