PRODUCT INFORMATION (I mage Retention Free) LCD Monitors and TVs may have a n image retent ion when swi tching from on e image to an other especially after displaying a statio nary image for a long time. This guide is to demonstrate a corre ct usage of LCD products in order to protect the m from Image retention.
Ex) The best way to prote ct your monitor from Image retention i s to set your PC or S y stem to o p erate a Screen Saver p ro g ram when y ou are not usin g it. Image retention may not o ccur when a LCD panel is opera ted under normal conditions. Normal conditions are defined as continuously changi ng video patterns.

Connectin g Cables Connect th e power cord for yo ur monitor to t he POWER port on the back of the monitor. Plug the power cord for the m onitor into a nearby outlet. Use approp riate connec tion for your computer. Using the RGB (A nalog) conn ector on the v ideo card.
When connecting a sp eaker, be careful th at the grooves of the monitor and the spe aker . ( )are aligned with ea ch other. A djust the ali gned position s until you hear a ‘click’ . If a speaker is co nnected corre ctly, you can hear a ‘click’.
By turning par t ( + , - ) in the dire ction shown in t he figure belo w, the speaker tu rns on and the volume inc reases. Connect t he power lin e connected to the speake r to the black terminal of the monitor. This speaker is n ot connected to an external po wer source.
