8 STEREO In live perf ormance or in c lub installations , the S TEREO V IT ALIZER is a powerf ul ally in maint aining s peec h intelligibility under dif ficult c onditions . It is also of great benef it in syst ems designed to pla y recorded music because t he illusion of loudness can be maintained at lower absolut e SPLs.
9 STEREO W hen setting up t he S TEREO V IT ALIZER f or the f irst time , it is wise to approac h the c ontrols in a s pecif ic order to a void c onf usion and to ac hieve positive results right from t he start.
10 STEREO 5. A section wit hin the S TEREO V IT ALIZER with one of t he most decisive inf luences on the sound is P R OCESS c ontrol. If you c ontinue to tur n the P ROCESS c ontrol up , more of the signal is added to t he B ASS and M ID -H I T UNE sections whils t dominant mid frequencies are reduced acc ording human hearing at t he same time .
11 STEREO The control elements of the S TEREO V ITALIZER ® T he V IT ALIZER A CTIVE f unction switc hes the S TEREO V IT ALIZER on or off . The st atus LED indicates t hat t he S TEREO V IT ALIZER has been activated. T he V IT ALIZER A CTIVE f unction is a relais-hard-bypass f unction.
