3 CHAPTER 1 Intr oduction P AM-32 Pr oduction Audi o Monitor General Des cript ion The R TS™ Model P AM-32 keypanel fits in a standard 1 9” rack and is two rack spaces high. It has 32 push button keys; 30 of which are mo nitoring inputs; on e key for copyi ng from al pha scrol l lists; and one is for headset/sp eaker .

After a few moments, the dis plays should show li sten key assignment s (or das hes where there are no t assignm ents). If either ke ypanel conti nues to displa ys asterisks, it cannot establish communications with the intercom sy stem.

13 CHAPTER 3 Basic Operation Scr e en Saver Operat ion If the P AM-32 is set for scr een saver operation, the alp ha nume ric display automatically shut s off after a u ser defined per iod of inactivity . The display reactivates on incoming call or when th e keypanel operato r actuates any control.

21 Service Menu 1. Select Min V o lum e from the Service men u, then tap PGM . ♦ Speaker displays . 2. Press ⎠⎠ to select either Speaker or Headset. 3. Ta p PGM . 4. Press ⎠⎠ or −− to increase or decreas e the minimum vo lume leve l. The range is -24dB to -60dB or full Mute.

Service Menu, Reset Cf g Reset Cfg restores all cus tom settings to the defaults and erases all sto red autodial numbers. Service Menu, R V ON Setup NOTE : T o use the R VON-1 with the P AM-32, the P AM must be at firmware version 1.
