Lands cape/P or trait Modes The LCD d isplay can operate in either Landscape or Portrait mode. F ollo w the instruction s that accompany the Perfect Portrait softw are. T o switch from Landscape (def ault) to Portrait mo de, do the follo wing: 1 From the fron t, gently raise the LCD display to allo w more clearance.

ViewSonic VP20 0 0s 7 Using the LCD Display Setting the Timing Mode Setting the timing mode i s i mport ant for maximiz ing the quality of the scre en imag e an d mini mi zing e ye strain . The timing mode consists of the r esolution (example 1 600 x 1 200) an d r e fr es h rate (or v ertic al freque nc y; example 60 Hz ).
Adjust ing the Scree n Im a g e Use the b uttons on the front control p anel to disp lay and adjust the OnV ie w ® controls which d isplay on the s creen. The On V ie w controls are e xplained at th e top of th e ne xt page and are def ined in “Main Menu Contro ls” on pa ge 9.
Do the f ollowing to adjust the scree n image: 1 T o display the Main Menu, press button [1]. NO TE: All OnV ie w menu s and adjustment scr eens disappear automatically after about 3 0 seconds. 2 T o select a control y ou w ant to adjust, p ress ▲ or ▼ to scroll u p or do wn the Main Menu.
Main Menu Contr ols Adjust the menu items sho wn belo w by using the up ▲ and do wn ▼ b uttons. Contr ol Explanation A uto Image Adjust automatically sizes, centers , and f ine tunes the video sig nal to eliminate wa viness an d distortion. Press the [2 ] b utton to obtain a sharper image.
