12 13 OPERA TION OPERA TION Brigade ranges are equipped with an exclusiv e restaurant style sealed burner system. This unique burner system is equipped with 23,000 BTU burners on the front and 15,000 BTU burners in the rear .

Heat r adiates fr om the Gourmet- Glo™ infrared broiler locat ed at the top of the ov en cavity . The distance between the f oods and the broil elements determines broiling speed .

Use hot, soapy water and a soft clean cloth. Contr ol Knobs MAKE SURE ALL THE C ONTROL KNOBS POINT TO THE “OFF” POSITION BEFORE REMOVING .

If using glass cleaner ammonia, make sure that it does not run down on exterior door sur face. Broiler P an and Grid Can be placed in the dish washer or cleaned by hand with detergent and hot water .
