For most documents, the four Background Suppression key selections with DYNAMIC BACKGR OUND REMOVAL enabled, which is the default setting, pr ovides an accu rate copy.
3 Document Quality 42 Wide Format Copy System User Guid e DYNAMIC BACKGROUND REMOVAL only monitor s the docume nt in the process direction, from the lead edge to the trail edge. It cannot make adjustment from the left side to the right side of the document.

3 Document Quality 44 Wide Format Copy System User Guid e Preparing documents When preparing docume nts for scanning, keep the following points in mind: If documents have been st ored rolled up, flatten them out. They will be much easier to handle if they have been stored flat for at least eight hours.
