9 Battery Charging Pb • Plug the charger connector into the batter y . • Plug the charger into a standard 120 volt w all outlet . Note: If power flo w to the wall outlet is controlled b y a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ON”. • Bef ore first-time use, charge the batter y for at least 18 hours.

12 Assembl y .437 Cap Nut • Fit a .437 cap nut on the other end of the low er shock rod. •T ap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the frame axle. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure. Hint: Y ou ma y need the help of another adult to suppor t the other end of the lower shoc k rod while you tap the cap nut.
13 Assembl y • Place the right rear fender on the side of the v ehicle frame, as sho wn. • Inser t four #8 x 3 / 4 " screws through the right rear f ender and into the vehicle fr ame. *Note :T he most f orward screw should insert into the f ender , through the f ootboard and then into the v ehicle fr ame.
14 •F it a he x bushing, k ey ed side down, into the center hole in of each rear wheel. 17 •P osition the rear wheel with the driv er side down. • Bef ore applying labels to the rear wheels, wipe each wheel with a clean, dr y cloth to make sure it is free of dir t and oils.
•F it a he x bushing, k ey ed side first, into the center hole in each side of a large wheel, as shown. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining he x b ushing to the other large wheel.
• Slide a front/rear axle through the retainer , large wheel and out through the opposite retainer . 24 16 Retainer Fr ont/Rear Axle • Fit a .437 cap nut onto the end of the front/rear axle. •T ap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the front/rear axle.
• Fit the tab on the steering stop into the cur ved slot in the front end of the vehicle fr ame. • Hold the steering stop in place. Steering Stop Cur ved Slot Ta b 27 17 Assembl y 28 • Place a .354 cap nut on a flat surf ace, inside up , a s s h o w n .
18 • Slide the front f ender onto the ends of the fork. 32 Assembl y • Fit a .354 cap nut onto the end of the f ork axle. •T ap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the f or k axle.
Assembl y • Fit the right outside shock (see "R" on inside) to the outside of the right fork. • Fit the right inside shock (see "R" on inside) onto the inside of the right fork.
Assembl y 20 Note :T he left and right grips are not interchangeable! The hole in the left grip is smaller than the hole in the r ight grip . •F it the left grip on the end of the left handlebar . Hint: If it is difficult to slide the grip onto the handlebar , moisten the inside of the grip with water .
21 Assembl y •F it the motor harness plug under neath the gas tank and up through the rectangular hole in the gas tank. Pb 24 IMPORT ANT! Use only P ower Wheels ® 12 volt battery . Use of any other battery will damage your v ehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed P ow er Wheels ® 12 volt charger bef ore operating your vehic le for the fir st time.
25 If a battery leak develops, av oid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged batter y in a plastic bag. See inf or mation below f or proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a ph ysician.
