Assembl y 7 1. Attach the Rear S tabilizer (3) onto the Main Frame (1) with two Carriage Bolts (75), two Ar c W ashers(5) and two Cap Nuts (6). 2. First, thread the Right Pedal (27) into the Right Crank Arm (23). Tighten the pedal securely using the wrench that has been pro- vided.
Assembl y 8 4. Remove Seat Knob (41) from Main Frame (1). Insert Seat Post (44) into the Main Frame (1). Reinsert Seat Knob (41) to tighten the Seat Post (44) down. Figure 4 3. Bolt the Seat (52) to the Seat Post (44) using four Spring W ashers (48), four W ashers (49), and four Nylock Nuts (50).
Assembl y 9 5. First, Connect the Upper Electr onic Wi r e (70) to the Lower Electronic Wi r e (71). Next, slide the Console T ube (40) onto the Main Frame (1) mak- ing sure not to cut the wire. Last, secure the Console T ube (40) to the Main Frame (1) using four W ashers (5) and four Scr ews (30).
Assembl y 10 7. First, connect Upper Electr onic Wi r e (70) to the back of the Console (67). Next, clip the Pulse W ires (69) to the two pulse wires coming from the Console (67). Last, secure the Console (67) to the Handlebars (63) using four Scr ews (68).

Allow your back and shoulders to relax as you reach down toward your toes as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts, then relax. This will stretch your ham- strings, back of knees, and back.
