The hood comes with plugs suitable for most walls / ceilings. Y ou should however consult a qualified technician to make sure the installation is suitable for your kind of wall/ceiling. The wall/roof should be sufficiently strong to support the weight of the hood.

Always disconnect the power supply before carrying out any kind of maintenance work. Cleaning The hood should be cleaned regularly both inside and out (at least as often as you carry out maintenance on the grease filters). Use a damp cloth with mild cleaning products.
Before calling Customer Care Centre: 1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the “T roubleshooting guide”. 2. Switch off the hood for a few minutes and re- start it to see if the problem has cleared itself . 3. If the malfunction persists, call the Customer Care Centre Service.
