General instructions EN 4 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE This manual is an integral par t of the a ppliance a nd must therefore be kept in its entirety and in an accessible place for the whole w orking life of the appliance. It is impor tant to carefully read this manual and all the instr uctions contai ned herein before using the appliance.
General instructions EN 5 Do not use plastic kitchenware or contai ners. The high temperatures inside the ov en could melt the plastic, damaging the appliance. Do not use sealed tins or contain ers in the appliance. Overpressure may occur inside the containers dur ing cookin g , creating a danger of explosion.

Instructions f or the user EN 15 7.2 Timer The timer does not stop the cooking pro cess. It only warns the user that the preset number of minutes have passed.
Instructions f or the user EN 16 7.3 Cooking duration This function allow s a cooking operati on to be started and then stopped after a specific length of time set by the user.
Instructions f or the user EN 17 7.4 End of cooki ng This function allows, as well as setting a coo king duration, a cooking en d time to be set (with a maximum delay of 12 hours in relation to the current time).
Instructions f or the user EN 18 7.5 Modifying the set data The set cooking data can be modified at any time by pressing the function button and then pressing the buttons or to cha nge the value .
Instructions f or the user EN 19 8. USING THE O VEN 8.1 Bef ore using t he appliance Remove any labels (apart fro m the technical da ta plate) from trays, drippi ng pans and the cooking compartment.

If the ov e n light fails , replace it as described in “11.1 Replacing the light bulb”. 8.2.3 Oven runner s The ov en f eatures 5 runners and 3 shelves for positioning tra ys and racks at different heights.
Instructions f or the user EN 21 8.2.5 Using the suppor t rack The suppor t rack is inser te d into the tra y (as shown in the figure). Using this, f oods can be cooked and the f at can be collected separately from the f ood which is being cooked.
Instructions f or the user EN 22 9. COOKING WITH THE O VEN ECO: Using the grill and the lower heating el ement in combinatio n is par ticular ly suitab le f or cooking on a single runner only , as it provides low en ergy consumption.

T o star t defrosting, tur n the oven function knob to , then a ventilation system will go into operation to ensure uniform distr ibution of the ambient temperature inside the ov en.
