STEP 1 The FRONT ST ABILIZER(4) ha s two MOVING WHEELS(48) with a n "R" decal on one end. Atta ch the FRONT ST ABILIZER(4) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with the wheels fa cing front a nd the "R" decal at the right side a s shown in the illustration.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 STEP 4 Atta ch the SEA T(43) to the SEA T FRAME(5) with HEX BOL TS(M8x1.25x20mm)(64) an d W ASHERS(M8) (75). Pull the ADJUSTMENT K NOB(41), then insert the SEA T FRAME(5) into the MAIN FRAME(1) an d secure with the ADJUSTMENT K NOB(41).

If you have been ina ctive for several years or are severely overwe ight, start slowly a nd increa se your workout time gra dually .
