6 STEP 1: 1. Lay the tra mpoline on the floor and open the rails. The tra mpoline will look a s shown in illustration 1. ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all pa cking materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 STEP 3: Slide the SAFETY P AD(6) over the rail fra me. M a ke sure the holes in SAFETY P AD(6) fit over the threa ded connectors properly . Refer to illustration 3. HINT : Bra cket Guide AL W A YS USE TWO OR MORE STRONG PEOPLE TO UNFOLD OR FOLD THE INMOTION TRAMPOLINE.
8 STEP 5: Pla ce the tra mpoline in the normal use position. Ma ke sure that the SAFETY P AD(6) covers the Springs on the INMOTION tra mpoline. Sta nd on the tra mpoline to ma ke all six legs set flat on the floor . Refer to illustration 5. STEP 6: Post the USE INSTRUCTIONS SIGN(16) in a highly visible a nd safe location.

12 Re member always to che ck with your physicia n before starting a ny exercise progra m. Lower Body Stretch Pla ce feet shoulder-width a part a nd lea n forward. Keep this position f or 30 seconds using the body a s a natural weight to stretch the ba cks of the legs.
13 W ARM-UP AND COOL-DOW N W arm-Up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise a nd to minimize in juries. W arm up for two to f ive minute s before strength-training or a erobic exercising. Perform a ctivities that raise your heart rate a nd warm the working muscles.
