ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all pa cking materials from your are a and pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materi als until a ssembly is completed.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 B A C STEP 3 Slide the bottom of the two PIVOT ARMS(91) into the bra ckets located at ea ch side of the MAIN FRAME (92). Align the de sired hole on the arm with the peg on the bra cket, then insert the peg into the hole to lock the PIVOT ARMS(91) in position.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 8 STEP 5 Atta ch the ANGLE ADJUSTMENT BARS(85) onto the shafts on both sides of the MAIN FRAME(92) with BOL TS(M8 x 15mm)(62) an d W ASHERS(M8)(69). Do not tighten the bolts until STEP 6. STEP 6 Slide one of the SUPPORT SLEEVES(84) onto the left ANGLE ADJUSTMENT BARS(85).
STEP 7: Atta ch the FOOTREST(1 1) onto the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT BEAM(10) with the adjustment holes fa cing down. Se cure the FOOTREST(1 1) in pla ce with the ADJUSTMENT K NOB(12). NOTE: ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 9 The four a djustment holes in the FOOTREST(1 1) allow the FOOTREST(1 1) to be atta ched in four dif ferent positions.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 10 STEP 10 Install the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT BEAM(10) into MAIN FRAME(92) by pulling the SPRING PIN(35) on the MAIN FRAME(92) a nd inserting the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT BEAM(10) a s shown. For added safety , thread the LOCKING K NOB (3/8"-16 x 3/4") (36) into ba ck side of the MAIN FRAME(92).
11 OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL PRECAUTIONS Use the lowest holes in the PIVOT ARMS( 91 ) until you become fa miliar with the Elite Inversion Syste m . Do not use the Elite Inversion Syste m alone. Always have a helper available in ca se a ssista nce is needed in recovering from the decline position.
OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS HEEL HOLDER USE AND ADJUSTMENT Pla ce your feet on the FOOTREST(1 1) with your a nkle s between the HEEL HOLDERS(15) a nd FOAM P ADS(18).
Start by lying fully ba ck on the bed with your ha nds at your side, or resting on your thighs. Keeping your ha nds close to your body begin to raise your arms slowly allowing the table to rotate ba ckward. Stop, or lower your arms to control the downward rotation of the table.
OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS SUGGESTIONS FOR USE Begin slowly: invert with the lea st a mount of inversion a ngle to begin with. Stay inverted only a s long a s you are comforta ble. Return upright slowly . Ma ke gradual cha nge s: increa se the a ngle only if it is comforta ble.
15 ST ORAGE MAINTENANCE Check the a ngle adjustment tube, tra ction bars , ball pins, pivot arms, cushion bed, heel holders, f oa m pads, spring pin, a nd warning la bel for da mage a nd wear . Repla ce da maged a nd worn components immedi ately a nd/or keep the equi pment out of use until repairs are complete.
