6 KNO W Y OUR PRESSURE W ASHER Read this Operator’ s Manual and safety rules bef ore operating y our pr essur e washer . Compare the illustrations with y our pr essure washer to familiarize y ourself with the locations of various contr ols and adjustments.
7 ASSEMBL Y IMPOR T ANT: Read entir e operator’ s manual before y ou attempt to assemble or operate your ne w pr essure washer . Unpacking the Pr essur e W asher 1. Remov e the parts bag, accessories, and inser ts included with pressur e washer . 2.
8 2. Insert carriage bolts through holes fr om inside of unit and attach plastic knob from outside of unit (Figur e 2). Tighten by hand. 3. Place accessor y tra y ov er holes on handle (viewing from fr ont of unit). Push the tree clips into the holes until they sit flat against the accessory tray (Figur e 3).
9 Section 3: Assembly Connect Hose and W ater Supply to Pump IMPOR T ANT: T o a void pump damage, you m ust assemble the nozzle extension to the spra y gun and attach all hoses befor e you start the engine. 1. Uncoil high pressur e hose and attach one end of hose to base of spra y gun (Figur e 6).

11 8. Engage trigger lock on spra y gun trigger ( Fi g u r e 12). 9. When starting engine , position y ourself as recommended in Figure 13 and start engine according to instructions given in engine operator’ s manual. Also see operating instructions tag located on the pressur e washer .
12 Ho w to Use Accessor y T ra y The unit is equipped with an accessor y tra y with places to store y our spra y gun, nozzle extension and ProjectPr o™ nozzles. NO TE: The extra hole in the tra y is for storing a utility brush. The extra clip in the tray is for storing a turbo nozzle.

16 2. If screen is damaged, o-ring kit contains a replacement in-line filter screen and o-ring. If undamaged, reuse screen. 3. Place in-line filter screen into thr eaded end of nozzle extension. Direction does not matter . Push screen in with eraser end of pencil until screen r ests flat at bottom of opening.
17 Storage 6 Section PREP ARING UNIT FOR ST ORA GE W ater should not remain in the unit for long periods of time. Sediments or minerals can deposit on pump par ts and “freeze” pump action. If you do not plan to use the pr essure washer for mor e than 30 da ys, follow this pr ocedure: 1.

23 Sección 1: Reglas de Seguridad • Mantenga la boquilla de rociado de 8 a 24 pulgadas de la superficie de limpieza. • Opere y almacene esta unidad sobr e una superficie estable. • El área de limpieza deberá tener inclinaciones y dr enajes adecuados para disminuir la posibilidad de caídas debido a superficies resbalosas.

27 MONT AJE IMPOR T ANTE: Lea totalmente el manual del operario antes que intente ensamblar u operar su la vadora a presión. Desembalaje del La vador a Pr esión • Remueva la bolsa con las piezas, incluidas con el lavadora a presión.
28 2. Inser te el perno del soporte a través de los orificios desde interior de la unidad y sujete una perilla de plástico desde el fuera de la misma unidad. Apriete manualmente (Figura 25). 3. 31 8. Coloque el pasador de seguridad al gatillo de la pistola rociadora (Figura 35). 9. Cuando arranque el motor , colóquese en la posición recomendada en la Figura 36 y siga las instrucciones del manual del operario del motor . Consulte también la etiqueta de instrucciones situada en la limpiadora a presión.
32 Utilización de la Bandeja de Accesorios La unidad está equipada con una bandeja de accesorios con habitáculos para guardar la pistola r ociadora, el pr olongador de la boquilla y las boquillas ProjectPr o™. La par te delantera de la bandeja también incluye un gancho para sujetar la manguera de alta pr esión.
33 2. Desplace hacia atrás el anillo del conector rápido y tire de las boquillas ProjectPr o™. Guarde las boquillas Pr ojectPr o™ en el soporte de la bandeja de accesorios.
