User Guide P. 3 Vehicle Presets Heater & Heated Seat When leaving the v ehicle it is recommended t o preset the access ory controls in preparatio n for the next remote start . Settings for t he blower motor ( fan), front and rear , as well as heated seats (if equipped) shoul d not be left on HIGH .
P. 4 User Guide Remaining In Ready Mode Once the vehicle i s in Ready Mode you can s tart and stop the vehicle at wis h. However, should any of the foll owing occur, the vehicle will exit Ready Mode .

P. 6 User Guide Quick Lockout TM (Also called Secu re Panic .) For fast protection in emergency situations, the system wil l LOCK a ll doors when you press the brake pedal while you hear the sound signal . ( Quick L ockout is only available when Panic Mode has been set off.

If your Remote Car Starter was ins talled with the Igni tion- Controlled Door Locks option, the doors will automa tically be locked as soon as the ignition key is turned to the IGNITION ON (RUN) position whil e the brakes are pres sed.
