User Guide P. 3 Using the Remote Control Your remote starter is equi pped with a 5-button mu lti-channel remote c ontrol. It can oper ate two independent v ehicles equi pped with a r emote starter (see Multi-car operation section on page 10).

Arming the Starter Kill The Starter Kill (i f installed) can be confi gured by the i nstaller so as to arm auto matically (P assive Mode) or not to ar m automatica lly (Active Mod e).
User Guide P. 5 Remote-starting Press the START/STOP button for approx . 1 second. The p arking lights will come ON to inform you that the Remote Car Starter has rec eived your signal . Approximately 5 seconds later, the engin e will start. The parking lights will rema in ON during the pr e-programmed run time of the e ngine.
